I purchased these based on the glowing reviews....I was looking for something to enhance the comfort on my iPod headphones, which irritate my ears after a short while. The noise reduction factor was also important.
When they arrived, I foudn that out of the three sets/sizes of the Acoustibuds, only the smallest remotely fit my ear, and even those were really a bit too big. The two larger sizes were huge. The largest size would probably fit my cat.
They were difficult to get into my ear properly, and I imagine doing so repeatedly would be stressful on the rubber and possibly tear them. Trying to adjust them created a suction which was uncomfortable.
Definitely not worth the trouble, and I returned them.

You would think that with three sixes offered at least one size would fit. Unfortunately I did not find this to be the case.
None of the three sizes of Acustibuds will bot fit into my ear canal. The only partial fit was attained by pressing the largest size onto my outer ear. This causes the Apple earbuds to be located outside my ears and makes it easier for them to fall off with any motion.
After trying several other solutions I found and recommend the Philips earhook headset SHH8006.

I have yet to find a pair of ear buds that will fit and stay in my ears while I am workingout and running. I purchased these hoping they would work. Using the smallest size (4) I had to twist and manuver to get them into my ear- by then my ears were hurting. They would stay for a short while but once i started moving they began falling out of my ears. When I was running and sweating they would not stay in at all. This product did not work for me.

They do a great job holding the earbuds in your ears. However, they take good quality music and make it sound like AM radio.
I'm not sure why other people are giving these such high reviews, unless they're just looking for more bass out of their earphones. They do enhance the bass. The bass is awesome, and way better than before, but the trebles are all muffled and out of balance. I tried the different sizes, rotating them, wiggling them in my ears differently, different equalizer settings, etc.
They just don't sound good.
But they do hold the earbuds in your ears.

Ipod Nano is great but one of the ear pieces just would not stay in my ear. Luckily I came across these and the mid size works great for both my ear. The fit is snug and the sound is even better through them-I had to turn the volume way down when I started using them. I suppose Apple will son purchase this company and begin offering them with their product because many were voicing the same complaint with the Apple Ipod Nano ear pieces. These solved the problem for me.
