The Acoustibuds design revitalizes earphones to provide unparalleled retention, comfort, enriched acoustics and sound isolation. The closely spaced fins are soft and flexible to stay in the ear more securely. Even with perspiration and extreme physical activity, these fins continue to hold the earphone securely in place due to their unique profile and spacing. Works great with the earbuds that came with my blackberry and now my acclaim earbuds.Otherwise I could not use them. They also shut out the outside sound and improve the sound of the factory earbuds. More than one sizes is also nice. They do work well with other earbuds that I have used/tried them with.

After reading all of the positive reviews about the Acoustibuds, I thought I almost couldn't go wrong in using them to improve the fit of my stock Apple earbuds that came with my iPod Nano (2nd generation, 8GB). Unfortunately I have found the product to be completely useless, since *none* of the three provided sizes fit in my ears *at all*, much less provide a superior fit. They *will* increase the circumference/size of your earbuds. In my case they became so large that they won't fit at all. I can only assume that my ears are of some unusual shape or size given all the other positive reviews, but buyers should be ready for possible disappointment. (I should add that I've had no other problems with the fit of earbuds by Bose, V-Moda, or Sony.)

I have so many pairs of earbuds that would not stay in my ear comfortably while exercising. Though there are earbuds with adapters available, why buy a new set when you have a perfectly good set? This product is comfortable, stays in place and does not effect sound quality. size 4 and 5 are good, 6 was too big for my female ears so I gave those to my husband. They stay in place so I don't think I will easily lose them as I did with previous style.

I have a pair of earbuds that came with my Nexus One that didn't fit very well. When I could get them to stay put, my ears began to get a bit sore after some time.
These little rubber adapters are 1000% more comfortable! The smallest size fits perfectly and securely. I can easily wear them all day long without any discomfort.
Traditional buds never fit my ears very well for whatever reason, especially in my left ear. I was left with unbalanced sound - the left earbud sounding quieter then the right. I'm not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination, but I can tell you there's a substantial improvement in (balanced)volume and quality of sound with these in my ears. I don't need my phone's media volume set as high now.
Outstanding comfort and improved sound from the generic earbuds that came with my phone - great buy, no doubt!

I've been enjoying a lot of vintage radio programs, but some of them have such low volume it was a problem before I got these Acoustibuds. Now I can hear the lowest volume programs without having to max out the volume control on my ipod. They also help keeping the earbuds in place. Great product.
