Ok, the earbuds Apple sends with the iPhone 4 aren't the greatest and I really thought these would help keep them in place and improve the sound. I'm used to the Sony sound isolation earbuds so I thought these would be similar. These come in two different sizes (5 and 6) and the smaller size are still too large for my ears. I'm sure that if you can get these comfortably in your ear canal, you'll love them. Otherwise, save your money.

Size 4 , fit perfectly. Being someone with very petite features has often made it a daunting task to find headphones which will fit. I was very impressed with the customer service, and the quality of the product. I highly recommend these to any adult with small ears. They are very comfortable and give you good sound quality.
a decent FIX for a major problem August 26, 2010

These are some handy little s.o.b.'s here man!
I've recently found myself the owner of a Plantronics BackBeat 903 & a 906 Stereo Bluetooth headset.
While it seems that Plantronics has stepped up a tiche in the quality control department (these are a much more stable platform than the Voyager 855 series) in my opinion they failed miserably when it came to the fit of the ear buds.
I could find absolutely no way to position them to get a secure and comfortable fit - hasseling me with an uncomfortable distraction and all out spoiling the quality of both music and communications.
ENTER: Burton Tech. and these sturdy yet unobtrusive ACUSTIBUDS! I took a gamble with the purchase as I'd no idea if the diameter of the fit would be correct enough to ensure compatability; but I totaly scored!
They stretch over the Plantronics original earpiece and the angle is correct for the full performance of calls and music.
My only wish would be that different diameter ear canal fits were available - as it appears these are only sized by LENGTH INTO ear canal.
Still, I'm not reaching up to plug them back into my head every 2 minutes, the volume is now available full range - from soft and gentle to WAY TOO DAMN LOUD (even for a teenager)!
Overall, these were the only INEXPENSIVE 'save' I could have imagined for a rather expensive (imo) digital communication recreational device.
NICE INVENTION!

When I first got these and tried them with my iPhone earbuds I was very disappointed. They didn't seem to fit well and fell out easily. I was pretty irritated and set them aside. Several weeks later I tried them again but this time experimented with positioning them differently. At first, I tried to position them so they would point toward the back of my head when positioned in my ear, because I have a set of Panasonic earbuds that work well this way. But they just wouldn't stay in with the Acoustibuds. Then I tried positioning them pointing toward the front of my head. Still no luck. Finally, I tried positioning them the original way but instead of having the cord pointing downward I tried pointing it upward and over the ear. It worked perfectly! I guess everyone's ear anatomy is different and it takes a bit of experimentation. I'm now very happy that I found these comfortable adapters for the iPhone earbuds.

Ordered Medium and Large size, how they sell in the package.
Neither one was correct size witch was causing bad the fit and sound quality.
After getting the Small got much better fit and improved quality of sound.
Recommend adapters for fitness.
Highly recommend seller. It was pleasure to work with Acoustibuds people by fixing the
size issue.
