Bought Sennheiser earbuds and sent them back. I didn't like the feel in my ears even though they had multiple ear rubbers and when you had them in both ears, your voice sounds very muffled on through the earbuds. Music sound was ok and tone quality was good. Main thing I didn't like was earbud wires are different lengths with the mic fob in the shortest line. The mic fob is fairly big and heavy and tends to pull the shorter earbud out of your ear. build quality seemed ok.

I've had two of these and in both cases, in less than a year, the covering on the wires has worn thin and the copper wires show. These are pretty expensive to have to replace annually. I wrote it off the first time, but the second pair had the same problem (in shorter time).
I've switched to the Klipswitch http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00264GYMG/ref=oss_product for listening, but the Scosche http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002E9HB3O/ref=oss_product are better for me for talking on the phone (see reviews at respective pages).
The Scosche are the closest to these in general construction.

I'm a Sennheiser fan. My cx300 changed my life. I used to have a Sony std and thought they were awesome. But Sennheiser cx300-ii were beyond my expectations. Sadly, I thought the same quality will apply to mm50. Big mistake. I less than a week the cable-jack union went to hell, now it's joined with duct tape. I can't use the button: one touch and stay pressed.....they are so cheap looking I can't use'em in the subway: they look like a 5 usd Chinese earphones.....why Sennheiser? Money it's not an issue, quality and sound is.
Please don't buy it!

I listen to all types of music, but especially, hip-hop. I was going to get the Dr. Dre BEATS, but I heard about some issues. I wanted something with an iPhone microphone, basically a better version of what comes with the phone so that I can listen to music and still take my calls.
These are by far the best headphones for the price. Only thing I wish it had was volume control next to the multi-function button.

These earbuds sound awful. I've tried multiple settings in my iphone/ipod to improve the quality, but to no avail. There is no bass what so ever. The music is tinny and not good at all. Now less than a month after buying the set, the volume cuts in and out as I walk while listening. Can't believe these are Sennheiser's. Very bad product. The mic seems to work well and the 3 sizes of ear buds are nice, but the sound quality is horrible. I would return these if I had the packaging, but threw it all away thinking that they would be a great product. If you like good sound from your music, don't buy these.
