Fantastic! August 24, 2010 thereviewer 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Ever since I bought this charger, I have yet to stop using it! It was just so convenient anywhere and works as well as an Apple Ipod charger, except this is more affordable.
Good deal. August 2, 2010 Luke (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This thing works, is only 4$ at the time of this review, and is sold by Amazon so you can get free shipping (2-day with Prime). Nice.
The metal plug is on a hinge so the charger is only a half inch deep when stored. The plug is positioned such that it only takes up only one plug from a wall outlet. However, it will block neighboring slots on a typical power strip.
It doesn't have a charging indicator light.
Charges MP3 players without Issue July 30, 2010 Hopefully Helpful (Sudbury, MA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have twice purchased this product to charge our family's MP3 players (primarily iPod Nano and Touch). We now have plenty to allow every person in the family to charge their devices without contention. The product is plastic and feels a bit cheap, but it hasn't failed us. I was hesitant to use something so inexpensive on our devices, but we have never had a problem.
I guess it's not what I expected... July 16, 2010 Patrick 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I ordered this thinking it was a backup battery charger for the iPod, but it wasn't. All it is is a wall to USB converter. Not what I was expecting, but it still does what it was made for well.
Weak!! Several hours charing = 1/4 tank ??!? May 26, 2010 Kirby 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I left my iPhone (2nd gen 3G) plugged into this charger for SEVERAL (3+) hours and my device has less than a quarter tank of juice. I am left wondering if it has damaged my iPhone's battery.
I am very surprised that this item is so highly reviewed... what is up with that?
Maybe I received a defective unit?
Unless the manufacture contacts me and offers an exchange - I would recommend STAYING away from this product.
As the only thing I have to go on is this useless piece of trash - that I am scared to use.
I will update my review if Amazon/Music Power contacts me to stand behind their product.
Better luck next time,
-kirby
