these little ear buds are aight. i cant hear anything outside of them and they are pretty efficient. the bass is great but.. the mids are nonexistent it seems. the highs can be harsh at times but thats what my e.q. is for. when im out being active and such they stay put and i really dont even feel them in my ears. i dont think these v-moda earbuds can take excessive abuse but if they do decide to fail on me anytime soon i may check out the higher end models.

I am really disappointed I am back on Amazon after only using these on and off for 10 months. Considering I take very good care of my earbuds (do not bend the wires, etc.) I would NOT recommend these unless you want great sound for only a few months.

These are great earphones for sound quality, especially the bass frequencies. My only complaints are: ear buds are easily detached and the straight plug gives out the result is loss of sound from one or both channels.

I've had these headphones for about 1 year. I absolutely love them. My first pair were awesome but around 4 months of use, the part where your plug into your mp3 player started to not work. I contacted VMODA and they gave me a new pair for free. The new ones have been amazing. I use my headphones mainly in the subway. I use my commute to read for class. I love them. The headphones cancel out noise from the subway, which can be very noisy and distracting, while not putting the volume on high. I would say that I keep the volume on my i-pod touch between a quarter to half of the full volume. Not very loud at all. The bass is very good on these headphones as is the noise cancellation. I would definitely recommend these headphones to anybody. In fact, I bought two more pairs as gifts for people who I know use the subway often and they love them as well. GO out and get these if you are in the market for headphones. AND THEY DON'T COST MUCH!!

i bought this about 6 months ago and it worked perfectly. the sound is clear and the bass is deep. but everything went out the window when the left ear bud broke. sounds keeps on cutting in and out. it could be just my luck that i got the 1 pair that didn't work after 6 months of infrequent use but that is not the case. i bought these for my brothers and they both experience the same problem: the left ear bud also stopped working. if this happened to all 3 of us than it must not be just our luck; it's the company's.
what i suggest is to look at some other set of ear bud...
