 really protective but... September 3, 2010
NOT billy the kid
the case has protected my ipod from multiple falls onto concrete, but the stand needs improving. i couldn't stand lie it down flat, so i took it off.

I've had 4 cases for my iTouch in the past 9 months. In two of those cases, the front part at the bottom of the case by the charging port and earphone plug area breaks off. I don't think this will be a problem with this case - at least I hope not.
The buttons and charging/earphone area of my iPod are easily accessible and the unit itself seems well protected. I do not see the point of the included strap as there is nowhere on the case to attach it to. I would _love_ to have the ability to attach the strap! The stand feature is nice, but I don't know how long it will last.

I have a 32G I-touch, Gen 2. Ordered the Blue and Black case- and it did take over 2 weeks to receive the case. When it finally arrived, I tried to put it on my I-touch - it was too thin to fit around my I-touch.
I called the company, -had to leave a message on a personal answering machine, after 2 days I received a call back. I explained to the the person that the case did not fit and I would like to return it. She offered to ship another case to me - as maybe there was a problem with the one I had.
2 additional weeks went by, I finally got the second case- and the same issue- too thin to fit.
I then called again and tried to return both cases- but since I was past the 30 days of initial delivery, they would not take it back or refund me.

Protected my wife's ipod touch 3g through a couple falls , no nicks or dents. Fits well. What more can you ask. I remove one star because it may be clunky for someone without a purse.

I was pleased when I received my new case in a timely fashion. It fit snugly on ny i-touch without interfering with any features.
